Overview
PVC tarpaulin uses a high-tenacity polyester scrim dip-coated with plasticised PVC on both faces. It is heavier and costlier than HDPE, but delivers superior abrasion resistance, welded-seam integrity, and 5–10 year service life.
Our PVC catalogue spans 440–900 GSM, custom Pantone colours, digital-print ready faces, and IS 7903 / DIN 4102 B1 fire-retardant certifications for regulated applications.

Buying advice
- 💡 For truck fleets, insist on IS 7903 test certificate no older than 12 months.
- 💡 Fire-retardant grade must carry a valid DIN 4102 B1 or IS 15061 certificate.
- 💡 Weldable PVC lasts 3–5× longer at seams than stitched PVC.
- 💡 Ask for adhesion test data — a bad scrim-to-PVC bond delaminates in 6 months.
